Finish as HW, use the Constitution AND research online or ask family/friends for "Today" questions (e.g. for "The House of Representatives Today", if you don't already know it, search for "U.S. House of Representatives" and then find a listing of the states' representatives to find out the seven states with the fewest number of U.S. Representatives.)
