¤Class-wide Project: WWI-era mixed-media newspaper (next 2 weeks)
HW: 1) READ timeline. Use the timeline to preview the major events/details of the war to spark your interest in the war (or you may already have something in mind...)
2) Start thinking about what interests you most about WWI. Think/ask if you have any family members who fought/were involved with either side!!
You will choose one aspect of the war that interests you most (a song, U-boats, etc.) and will analyze two primary sources (photo, song, family artifact, etc.) and write one newspaper article about that aspect of the war.
We will be putting together the newspaper in groups as a class (more details to come).
